Our classes are built around Functional Fitness, ensuring workouts are both effective and safe for everyone. Here’s how a typical session flows:
- Mobility & Warm-Up: Prepare your body with targeted mobility exercises and dynamic warm-ups.
- Technique & Strength Work: Focus on building strength with proper form and technique.
- Daily Workout: Engage in a structured workout as part of a comprehensive development program.
- Stretching: Cool down with stretching to improve flexibility and recovery.
Every workout is adaptable to suit all fitness levels, so whether you’re a beginner or a seasoned athlete, SPARTA has something for you!

Sparta is our bread and butter. Classes are 1-hour Mon – Fri 6.00 am 5.45 pm Sat – Sun 8:30 am

What’s involved in a class?
All our classes begin with a warm up before moving onto our workout of the day, where we will choose a unique set of drills for each session. We then finish with a warm down, important for helping muscles recover and relax.
