ANZAC Day Workout
Another year has gone by and this ANZAC we will again do a special workout to pay tribute to the heroes!
Hero WOD? Military training? Just a normal gym class? How about..

The workout:

- 200m run
KB swings x16 (24kg/16kg)
pull-ups x16
front squats x16 (50kg/30kg) - 200m run
KB swings x14 (24kg/16kg)
pull-ups x14
front squats x14 (50kg/30kg) - 200m run
KB swings x12 (24kg/16kg)
pull-ups x12 front squats x12 (50/30kg)
PTE Galagher and LCPL McDonald were serving together with the Special Operations Task Group in Afghanistan when they were tragically killed in a helicopter crash on 30 August 2012.
